Returns

The purchased item(s) can be returned for size exchange or refund, within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns apply to reduced items also.

Returns are free of charge.

 

How to use our return services:

· Create your Return request

·Arrange a free collection with your local UPS point. Find your nearest UPS point here www.ups.com . Use the return label found in your package.

·Send all the items to be returned from an order in the same shipment.

Please note that all returns should be sent back in the original packaging provided ( tags, and accessories dust bags, hangers, etc) .

We will not accept items that have the protective hygienic strip removed, or have been worn, washed or altered. In this case, the package may be sent back to you without refund.

Refunds

All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that refunds can take up 10 working days to show in your account due to various time of processing between payment providers.

 

If you purchased the returned items using a Gift Card, we will issue a new gift card on your name.

Exchanges

We will gladly exchange the purchased items within 14 days of receiving your order.

You can either choose to replace an item with a different size or exchange it for another item.

Exchanges are free of charge.

To exchange an item, please follow the Return steps.

 

Returns Policy

Please read our return policy carefully in order to ensure you can proceed with your request as quick as possible.

All returns should be sent back in the original packaging provided ( tags, and accessories dust bags, hangers, etc) .

Return outside the 14-day window may be accepted at our discretion. 

If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our usual returns policy. You can also choose to receive your refund as a Gift Card, which will enable you to purchase a replacement item quickly and seamlessly.

The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Before your parcel leaves the warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact Customer Care immediately.

Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear. Returns may not be accepted if the strip has been removed (swimwear) or if the items are soiled, and may be sent back to the customer.
