We hope you love your I.D Sarrieri order. If for some reason, the purchased item(s) are not quite right, we accept non sale items in new condition for a full refund and we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on full price items, within 14 days of receiving your order.

We will not refund any sale or discounted items.  We will happily provide an exchange or credit note if your product is not right.  Please see below for more information on returns of sale items. 

Customers from all countries are responsible for returning their items back to us.

Customers outside the EU are also responsible for returns taxes and duties.

You will need your order number and email address.

Please note: If you do not notify us of your return via this page, there may be a delay in processing your return.

  • Once we have received your return request, please allow 24 hours (Mon - Fri) for a member of our Customer Service team to respond and accept your return.
  • Our Customer Service team member will provide you with all details to proceed with the return.
  • Your Customer Service team member will provide you two options for returning.  If you choose our free service, please allow 24 hours for all documents, label and instructions to be sent to you.  If you would like to send your item(s) back yourself, your Customer Service team member will provide you returns documentation/invoices and a return delivery address.  If this invoice is not used, we will not be responsible for any taxes and duties charges and the package may be sent back to you, at your cost.

    If you choose to return your order with your own choice of courier, we suggest using a tracked and insured service to returns goods. We cannot accept liability for any goods until we receive them.

    Please send all the items to be returned from an order in the same shipment.

    Please note that all returns should be sent back in the original packaging provided (tags, and accessories dust bags, hangers, etc) .

    We will not accept items that have the protective hygienic strip removed, or have been worn, washed or altered. In this case, the package may be sent back to you without refund.

    Returns requested more than 14 days after you receive your purchase are ineligible for a refund.

    What if a return is late?

    Returns postmarked more than fourteen (14) days after you receive your purchase are ineligible for a refund.

    Will I be refunded the full value of my order?

    If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes that we have collected will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through our website.  However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.

     

    I placed an order and then changed my mind, can I refuse my package and have it “Returned to Sender” (RTS)?

    You will have to accept the package and request a proper return under the terms of our return policy.  If an international purchase, your package has already been cleared by your government, and customs duties and sales tax charges have been applied. If you refuse your package, you will still be responsible for customs duties, sales tax and return shipping

     

    *SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NEVER BE REFUNDED. NO EXCEPTIONS.

    *INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, DUTY, AND TAXES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE IN THE EVENT OF A RETURN/EXCHANGE.

    *ORDERS PURCHASED FOR PHOTO SHOOTS ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

    *PURCHASES MADE WITH THE INTENT TO COPY WILL RESULT IN LEGAL ACTION.

     

    Refunds

    Once we receive your return, please allow approximately 3-4 business days for your return to be processed at our warehouse.

    Once your return has been processed, please allow approximately 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account. Please note this is an approximate timeframe due to the various times of processing between payment providers.

    Successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method used to make the original purchase.

    We'll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it's on the way.

    No export shipping charges from I.D Sarrieri for your order will be refunded.

    If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes that we have collected will be refunded.

    Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through our store. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise. 

    If you purchased the returned items using a Gift Card, we will issue a new gift card on your name.  The same applies for Credit Notes.

    Exchanges

    We will gladly return your purchased item(s) for exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

    If you wish to exchange any of the products in your order, our Customer Service team will be pleased to assist you with finding an alternative or help with sizing queries.

    Please read and follow the returns steps above to return the items you do not wish to keep.

    Kindly place a new order for your replacement item.

     

    Returns Policy

    Please read our return policy carefully to ensure you can proceed with your request as quickly as possible.

    Customers outside of the EU are responsible for shipping their goods back to us.  This includes payment of any taxes and duties.  Goods with taxes and duties not paid for may be refused.

    All returns should be sent back in the original packaging provided (tags, and accessories dust bags, hangers, etc)

    The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

    Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear. Returns will not be accepted if the strip has been removed (swimwear) or if the items are soiled, and may be sent back to the customer.

    If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our usual returns policy. You can also choose to receive your refund as a Gift Card, which will enable you to purchase a replacement item quickly and seamlessly.

    Before your parcel leaves the warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact Customer Service immediately.

     

    Repeated Returns Policy

    We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your I.D Sarrieri account.

     

    Sale

    We will offer an exchange or credit note on any sale or discounted items.

    Once you have created your return request above and would like to exchange your goods, we will send you a link to complete payment for your new order or you can place your new order at a time convenient to you.     Final Sale

    A small number of items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
