By using this website you agree to all the terms and conditions below, as applicable at the time of order. We reserve the right to modify from time to time these Terms and Conditions without notice to you. Therefore we recommend you review them before each use of the site. By continuing to access and use the Website after these Terms of Use are modified, you agree to such modifications. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions you may not access or use this website. This website is intended for use only by those above the age of 18 or the legal age in their state.

1. Purchase policy

The available language for the contract is English for all international orders.

By submitting an order on our website you are placing an offer for a purchase contract with us. The purchase offer is considered placed after you press the “Complete Order" button.

The receipt of your offer by I.D.Sarrieri does not imply the acceptance of your offer. We reserve the right to refuse any offer without stating a reason.

The purchase contract between you and I.D.Sarrieri will become effective only at the time of dispatch of the ordered goods.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. The products placed in your shopping basket are not reserved and can be purchased by another customer.

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This e-mail is only the confirmation that we have received your order and does not represent the acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to refuse the order in the following cases, but not limited: the product is not in stock and/or it can not be manufactured, technical errors showing incorrect pricing, authorization for your payment was not received, restrictions applied to shipping to a destination.

Products availability

Products presented on I.D.Sarrieri can either be in stock or available on order. Products in stock are ready for dispatch from our warehouse. However, in the case that a product in stock cannot be dispatched, you will be notified by e-mail or phone and we will proceed to a complete refund if we have not previously agreed otherwise. Products available to order will be produced after receiving your confirmation. Normal production time is between 15 and 30 business days. In the case of a delay you will be notified by e-mail or phone.

All available colors and sizes of a product are shown in the drop-down menus in the product pages. If a size or color is not shown it means that it is not currently available.

All items are quality controlled before being dispatched to customers.

The presentation of the products on the website is not and should not be considered an offer for a purchase contract.

The products are presented in the form of digital photographs. Minor differences between the presentation and the actual products are not considered a default.

If you have ordered several products that will be delivered at different times the shipping charges will be applied only once.

3. Price policy

Prices shown on the website are in Euro. The prices of the products are the prices stated on the website at the time your order has been accepted, except in cases of patent error. Prices are inclusive of VAT. Prices are set at the beginning of each season using the current exchange rates at that time. We reserve the right to change the price of a product at any time, without prior notice. Promotional prices remain valid as advertised. If you purchase from a country served as DDP, the taxes and duties are included in the final purchase price. If you order from a country not served as DDP, you are responsible for all taxes and duties established by your local customs authority.

If your credit or debit card is not denominated in Euro exchange rate will apply and the final price of your purchase will be calculated at the exchange rate of the day the transaction was processed.

4. Payment security

To insure that your shopping experience is safe, I.D.Sarrieri uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol that encrypts and protects your data in a secure host environment.

The accepted methods of payment are Credit Card and PayPal.

All payments and credit notes will be handled in the currency chosen for the purchase.

Payment will be debited from your card only at the time of shipping your order.

Payment by credit card

Credit cards accepted are: all Visa cards, MasterCard and Maestro and American Express.

By using the credit card for the transaction you declare that your are the owner of the card or you have specific authorization from the owner to use it.

Transactions on I.D.Sarrieri website are processed by SaferPay, a secure online payment gateway.

For reasons of security, all orders made with a debit or credit card are subject to authorization by I.D.Sarrieri. Our Accountant Department may ask for further details before accepting your order.

Payment by PayPal

After confirming your order you will be redirected to the PayPal login page, to complete the transaction.

The transaction will be processed and your account will be charged the same day.

Retention of title

All products remain property of I.D.Sarrieri until full payment has been processed.

5. Shipping policy

1.General

Products are shipped worldwide, through our affiliate couriers.

We do not deliver to post office boxes.

We do not take responsibility for cases of restrictions of shipping applied for your destination. If the case occurs you will be notified.

The processing of the order begins immediately after receiving the confirmation of payment. Orders received by 11am GMT are processed in the same day. Orders received after 11am GMT will be processed the next business day.

Products in stock will be dispatched as soon as the order has been processed. Products on order will be dispatched after production, with a delay of  up to 15-30 days. You will receive a confirmation e-mail.

We strive to give you the best shipping rates available for your destination. The shipping costs are as follows:

    2.Insurance

    Products in each purchase are insured for damage and theft during transit until they are delivered to your specified address.  At the point that the order has been tracked to the address provided in your shipping address, the responsibility for the products passes from I.D.Sarrieri to you. If your order is a gift, the same applies on behalf of the receiver and you accept the transfer of responsibility to that receiver.

    3.Order tracking

    In the confirmation e-mail received at the time of dispatch you will find the tracking number of your order.

    4.Taxes and Duties

    We deliver orders to a majority of countries on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, which you can see here. This means that the final price that you see at the time of completing your order includes all the relevant taxes and duties for your destination.

    All the other destination countries are Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU).This means that you are responsible for all import customs and duties and other local taxes related to your country. Unfortunately we cannot predict the amount and, if the order is returned, we will not refund the customs, duties and local taxes amount paid by you. Therefore we will always ask for your confirmation before processing an order from a DDU country.

    6. Returns and Exchanges Policy

    Returns

    Any full price item purchased on our website can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

    In order to return an item, please follow the steps here.

    ·Sign in to your account to create a return request. The return request option will be available once you select the order which contains the items you would like to return. In the case of a return without completing the return request, we reserve the right to refuse the returned package.

    ·Wait for a Customer Service member to be in touch.

    ·Arrange a collection. Returns must be sent via the service recommended by customer service

    ·Send all the items to be returned from an order in the same shipment

    Items must be returned with all the original packaging, tags and accessories, such as dust bags, hangers, etc, received with your order. We will not accept items that have the protective hygienic strip removed or items that have been worn, washed or altered in any way. In this case the package may be sent back to you without refund.

    In the case of returns refunded to your account or card, any losses caused by currency fluctuation will not be refunded.

    Once we receive your return, please allow approximately 3-4 business days for your return to be processed at our warehouse and then approximately 5-10 business days for the refund to be posted to your credit card. Your refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the original purchase. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.

    All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that refunds can take up 10 business days to show in your account due to various time of processing between payment providers.

    If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes that we have collected will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through our store. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise. 

    Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

    SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NEVER BE REFUNDED. NO EXCEPTIONS.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, DUTY, AND TAXES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE IN THE EVENT OF A RETURN/EXCHANGE.

    If you purchased the returned items using a Gift Card, we will issue a new gift card on your name.

    7. Gift Cards and Promotional Codes

    Gift Cards

    The period of validity of a gift card is one year from the date of purchase or issuing. Afterwards it becomes invalid.  For Gift Cards issued for a return, the period of validity is 3 months.

    Gift cards may be used to purchase any item available on the Website, including reduced items.

    Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for money.

    Your order total must be equal or higher than the value of the gift card. If your order total is smaller that the value of the gift card, the remaining amount on the gift card will be lost and cannot be used for any future purchases.

    The gift card must be used in one order.

    If you returned products that were purchased using a gift card and do not want an exchange, a new gift card will be issued for the value of the returned products.The same will apply in case of cancellation of order paid with a gift card.

    Virtual gift cards will be sent by e-mail to the recipient only after the payment has been cleared. A copy of the gift card will also be sent to the sender.

    Make sure that the e-mail address of the recipient is correct. We are not responsible for invalid e-mail addresses.

    Shipping is included in the gift card if the value of the order is equal or smaller than the value of the gift card.

    The gift card cannot be used to pay any taxes and duties related to the purchased items, these being the full responsibility of the buyer.

    Promotional Codes

    If you have a promotional code and you would like to use it during a purchase, simply enter it at checkout. If your order total is higher than the value of the promotional code, you will need to pay the balance and you will be redirected to the payment gate.

    One promotional code can be used during one purchase.

    We reserve the right to cancel any promotional codes at any time without prior notice.

    8. Registration and storage of data

    Registration data will be asked at the time of your order. By registering you declare that all information provided is true and complete.

    Information will be used exclusively on the purpose of processing and shipping your order.

    You can change your data at any time by accessing your account.

    The e-mail address provided on registration to our newsletter will not be given to third parties under any circumstances.

    We do not store any data regarding your credit card details.
