Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. Any order placed after 11.30am GMT will be shipped the next business day. In some cases, please allow an extra 24 hours picking and packing time for orders to be fulfilled during week days.
ANY ORDERS PLACED BETWEEN 19TH - 24TH JAN WILL DISPATCH 26TH JANUARY 2023.
On occasions, orders will be split and shipped from different locations.

Returns +
We hope you love your I.D Sarrieri order. If for any reason, the purchased item(s) are not quite right, we accept non-sale items in new condition for a full refund and we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on full price items, within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note that any orders placed from 24th November 2022 will be eligible for a return until 6th January 2022.
We will not refund any sale or discounted items. We will happily provide an exchange or credit note if your product is not right.
Customers from all countries are responsible for returning their items back to us, once you have processed your return or contacted customer services, you will have the option to used our tracked & insured service.
Customers outside the EU are also responsible for returns taxes and duties.
